In December 2007, we moved into our newest facility in China, so we truly offer a new, state-of-the-art factory built to seamlessly encompass Sunbird’s production and quality control facilities all under one roof. Between our team of experts and our trusted group of off-site manufacturing partners, we can meet or exceed all your needs from concept to delivery.

We were guided by the latest, environmentally friendly “green” innovations that likely go beyond anything you’ve seen in China simply because it’s a smarter, more energy-efficient way to operate. Office staff can adjust the energy-efficient lighting in their work areas to the desired “lux” regulated by international lighting standards: from the low-lit warehouse and softly lit offices to brightly lit QC areas.

Our power generator runs on biodiesel, a renewable fuel producing roughly 67% less carbon waste than petroleum diesel. We also strictly enforce water recycling/filtering practices for the benefit of all our employees. And once completed, we’ll be the only factory in the area with a roof garden - an eye-pleasing, meditative environment for all Sunbird Engineering workers.

From day one, our dedication to quality and service distinguished us from our competitors. To keep that edge, we invested in a state-of-the-art Quality Control Center (QCC) housed in our new factory headquarters. While the QCC is independent of our production system, the department is located on-site in our factory, providing 100% QC “built in” to the process to offer material and dimensional support while ensuring product specifications.

Each batch is spot-checked on overall dimensional, material, functionality, and cosmetic requirements. We also use Go/No Go gauges and QC jigs to confirm fit and function.

Our proprietary software database lets you track your project, every step of the way, 24 hours a day.

Sunbird secures each user’s account with private usernames and passwords for each authorized employee assigned to the project. SES includes:
